During onboarding Users complete identity verification together with Stripe Payments Europe Limited.
A Stripe Connected Account is created.
Payments are processed directly by Stripe.
Quick Touch Waiter does not act as a bank or payment institution.
Quick Touch Waiter does not hold customer funds.
Quick Toucher Waiter charges:
2.75% per completed online transaction
The commission includes:
● Stripe payment processing costs;
● platform infrastructure;
● transaction administration.
No additional payment gateway subscription is charged.
Stripe transfers funds directly to the restaurant payout account after automatic deduction.
Free Core includes:
● QR Menu;
● Restaurant Website;
● Guest Web App;
● Online Ordering;
● Online Payments;
● Tips & Gratuities;
● Table Reservations;
● Basic Analytics.
Free Core has:

● hack or disrupt systems.
Accounts may be suspended for fraud suspicion or legal violations.
Funds may be temporarily held for investigation.
Users remain responsible for:
● VAT;
● income reporting;
● local compliance
Service availability is targeted 24/7.
Downtime caused by partners is not liability of Quick Touch Waiter
